Privacy Policy

ASCII. collects nothing.

What is collected

The app does not collect, store or transmit personal information. There is no account, no sign-in, and no server run by the developer.

Camera

The conversion to characters happens entirely on the device. Camera frames are used to draw the preview and to produce the photo you take, and never leave the device.

Photos

A result image is added to your photo library only when you tap "Save to Photos". The app never reads your library; it asks for add-only access. Recent results and saved brushes stay in the app's own storage on the device and are removed when the app is deleted.

In-app purchase

Payment is handled by Apple. The developer never receives payment details or Apple Account information, and ownership is checked only through what Apple reports on the device.

Advertising and analytics

There is no advertising, tracking or analytics, and no third-party SDK is bundled.

Children

Because no personal information is collected, the app is safe to use at any age.

Changes

If this policy changes, the revision date on this screen is updated along with an app release.
